Shipping policy

SAVIOR GLOVES have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, China and UK for all orders. After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest center, we will ship your orders from our main fulfillment in China where we stock a large quatity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; Please expect 5- 15 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

 

What is the shipping cost?

Savior Heat Official Store has two shipping modes: ① Standard Express Mode arrives in 7-15 days, ② Expedited Shipping Mode arrives in 2-5 days. Among them, the standard express mode will free shipping on orders over $45.

At SAVIORHEAT, we pride ourselves on our speed and focus. We aim to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours - excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note, we have multiple distribution centers around the world, so your orders could be shipped from the United States, the United Kingdom, or China.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.


Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can tracking your order at your country’s post website or http://track.4px.com/

Wrong Address

It it the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is alwasys a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packgaes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any question on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

Tax & Import Duties

Sales tax is not included in the price stated on our website. 

If you order from outside of the United States, we cover any customs and import duties on orders up to $2,500. If you happen to be asked to pay any customs or import duties, please contact our Customer Care team here with proof of payment and we will refund charges when applicable. In certain cases, orders exceeding US$800 may be subject to customs clearance which may cause a delay in shipping.

Orders placed from outside the United States may be subject to customs and import duties.
