- Savior product can be returned to receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your item as long as it qualifies per our refund policy below

- Savior Heat Store, product can be replaced within 30 days if the products break down in the period of proper use. We ask that you please send us a photo of your item.

Returns will not be accepted without an approval number from our customer service team. You must contact us first.

Certain items qualify for our warranty. Please see our warranty page for more details.

Returns

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Because we want you to love your packages, we give you 30 days to make sure you want to keep them. If you are not pleased with your online purchase within 30 days after the purchase date, just return the item in new and unworn condition with the original box and packaging to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at info@saviorgloves.us and we are happy to assist you with your request.

Please note, we do not accept returns for socks ,underwear and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within a 2-3 business days. Expect to receive your refund within 7 business days. Please pay attention to your bank information, if not received, please contact us.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged WITHOUT YOUR WRONG OPERATIONS. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned items is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t grantee that we will received your returned item.

How to Return

US Returns:

    • Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
    • Enter your order number and email address to start
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    • Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
      *Please be noted that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.

      Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. For orders of UK, Europe, and Australia, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. You are expected to return the products to our warehouse in China. If you need an exchange, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
